Flux Cap Holdings LLC ("Flux Cap", "we", "us") runs fluxcap.ai. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, fill in a form or book a call, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, work email, practice or company website, monthly ad spend, the service you are interested in, and anything you tell us on a call.
• Booking details: the time you pick and the contact details you enter in our calendar.
• Usage data: pages viewed, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the ad or link that brought you here. We collect this with cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To reply to you, run your strategy call and send call reminders.
• To send proposals and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
• To understand how the site performs and to measure and improve our ads.
• To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand site traffic, and the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our ads. These tools may set cookies and receive data such as your IP address, browser details and the actions you take on the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and booking platform (HighLevel), video calls (Zoom), analytics and advertising (Google and Meta), and hosting and security (Cloudflare). They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we use it only to contact you about your call and our services. We do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for their marketing. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

No patient information

Our forms are not built for patient or health information. Please do not send us any patient details through this site.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to [email protected]. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live, local law may give you extra rights, and we will honor them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no way of sending or storing data online is completely secure.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
